"Jammin" Jared Mees from Clio, MI won his second World Championship last winter in the very competitive 34th Annual World Championship ICE Racing Series that ran throughout the United States and into Canada. Mees is currently defending his Grand National Championship Dirt Track Title on his XR750 Harley-Davidson V-Twin.

The
biggest story tonight, along
with Daniel Bergquist winning,
was the 25 Seattle area racers
who made the 300+ mile round
trip to race for I.C.E. in Portland.
Many of whom have raced for
us for years and some new faces
too. Their participation made
for some great racing in the
pro and amateur quads that the
Portland fans truly enjoyed...

tonight to do battle in Round
6 of the 34th Annual World Championship
ICE Racing Series. No less than
25 Pros signed up at the beautiful
new Showare Center in the Seattle
suburb of Kent, WA. The action
was intense to say the least
and the king size crowd of fans
on hand enjoyed every minute.....

MANUFACTURERS CUP BIKES: The I.C.E. Manufacturers
World Cup Bikes have gained in rider participation
and prestige! In only its 4th year since inception
these bad to the bone bikes and their bold riders
are attracting more and more attention. Three of
motorcycle racings most talented competitors have
won World Championships so far - "Showtime" Johnny
Murphree in 2006, "Jammin" Jared Mees in 2007 and
"Smokin" Joe Kopp in 2008! Who will win this years
coveted ICE Title?
With national/international television coverage,
sponsors signing on and momentum building, this
winter is the time for hopefuls from all disciplins
of motorcycle racing to come on out and shread some

Much of the credit for this goes to Washington's
own Ronnie Cox.
He has found the right combination and with his
driving talent literally flies around the ICE ovals.
